Multimedia Services is a division of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department of The Citadel devoted to promoting the use of instructional technology in education.
Multimedia Services provides instructional technology based resources and support to help implement a learning system in which academic excellence at The Citadel can be achieved. By providing every student with technology related experiences, The Citadel maximizes the potential to enhance student learning and increase faculty effectiveness. Faculty and students have access to the technology necessary to produce, manage, communicate and retrieve information in an efficient manner for educational achievement.
In the attainment of both present and future goals, Multimedia Services will provide a continually evolving faculty and student development program oriented toward the integration of technology. Recognizing the ever-changing influences of technology on all aspects of our lives, The Citadel is dedicated to providing an integrated technological curriculum to all faculty, staff and students.

Meet the Staff:
Conyers Bull - Multimedia Services Manager and Trainer
Conyers supervises the Multimedia team, and she currently offers training on Adobe Acrobat, ActivInspire, and PowerPoint. She can also assist you with PowerPoint presentations, image editing in Adobe PhotoShop, scanning images and documents, basic HTML and general Web Page design and layout. Mary Chapman - Multimedia Services Deputy Director and Trainer
Mary brings video and audio talents to the Multimedia Services team, and can help you with your audio or video projects. She can also help you research equipment for your multimedia needs, and help you with the design and installation of multimedia classrooms. Mary currently offers training on the digital presenter. Lawrence Galasso - Multimedia Equipment and Reservation Specialist
Lawrence makes all the check-out equipment reservations and the reservations for the Bond 165 auditorium. He also provides technical assistance for the many multimedia-equipped classrooms on campus. Lawrence can also help you with your video and audio projects in Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, and Mediasite. John Whitten – Graphic Designer/Printing Specialist
John can help with the production of images or logos, and with the creation of publications and presentation layouts. His software expertise includes Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop. John can also assist you with your scanning and large format printing needs.
